Rita Riccardi serves as Director of Retirement Plans for FPP . Rita oversees and provides consulting services for retirement plans, specializing in investment advisory, fiduciary services, compliance support, and fee audits for 403(b), 401(k), 457, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified Plans. She leads the service team that manages the daily administration of these plans, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to all relevant guidelines.
Prior to joining FPP, Rita was Vice President at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank where she started her financial services career. Rita earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University in Business Administration.
Rita lives in Westfield, New Jersey, with her family. She enjoys spending quality time with them, baking, reading, and relaxing at the beach. In addition to her family activities, Rita actively volunteers for several charities and is an avid sports fan.
