Rita Riccardi serves as Director of Retirement Plans at FPP, where she oversees consulting services for retirement plans, including investment advisory, fiduciary support, compliance assistance, and fee audits for 403(b), 401(k), 457, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified Plans. She also leads the service team responsible for daily plan administration, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines.
Rita was recognized as a Plan Adviser Excellence in Operations Honoree in 2025.
Prior to joining FPP, Rita served as Vice President at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank, where she began her career in financial services. Rita earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
Rita resides in Westfield, New Jersey, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, reading, and relaxing at the beach. Rita is also actively involved in charitable volunteer work and is an avid sports fan.
